About the Founder
We were founded by Emily Taylor, following over 15 years’ experience across recruitment, executive search and leadership hiring in complex, high‑pressure environments.
Emily’s experience spans hands‑on delivery, team leadership and director‑level accountability, giving her a practical understanding of how hiring decisions impact commercial performance, delivery risk and leadership credibility. She has established and grown specialist functions, working closely with senior technology leaders and building long‑term client partnerships in technically demanding environments.
