Our business

Compliant Labs Limited is a UK‑based executive search and talent advisory firm supporting regulated startups and scaleups, including organisations operating in RegTech, FinTech, iGaming and other highly regulated environments. Our services are professional and advisory in nature, delivered primarily through a small core team supported by trusted external partners.

Our supply relationships

Our supply relationships are limited in scope and largely relate to professional services, technology platforms, and business support providers. We do not operate manufacturing activities, physical supply chains, or labour‑intensive outsourced services.

Based on the nature of our business and suppliers, we consider the overall risk of modern slavery within our operations and supply relationships to be low. However, we recognise that modern slavery can exist across many sectors and remain mindful of this risk as the business grows.

Our approach

Compliant Labs adopts a proportionate approach to managing modern slavery risk that reflects the size and nature of our business. We aim to work with reputable suppliers who operate lawfully and ethically, and we seek to maintain transparent and fair contracting, recruitment, and payment practices.

Where appropriate, we consider ethical standards and lawful working practices as part of supplier selection and ongoing relationships. We reserve the right to review or discontinue relationships if serious concerns are identified.

Awareness and oversight

Responsibility for oversight of this area sits with the leadership of Compliant Labs. While we do not currently operate a formal modern slavery programme, awareness of ethical labour practices and responsible supplier engagement forms part of our broader approach to good governance.

We keep this position under review and will evolve our practices as the business scales or as expectations change.
